BCU Launches New Recruitment and Skills Development Business Support Projects

Birmingham City University have officially launched our ground-breaking programmes, the Higher Level Skills Match Extension and STEM-Up. These innovative programmes are both part-funded by the European Social Fund for the Greater Birmingham, Solihull and Staffordshire areas.

A range of help is available through the programmes, including FREE upskilling courses for individuals and businesses to access. The programmes can support businesses to access student and graduate talent, as well as helping them build their networks through a variety of events — all of which are designed to support you and your business grow and thrive.

Higher Level Skills Match Extension (HLSM) is an Account Managed recruitment and skills development service designed to offer you a tailored and personal service for your business needs.

STEM-Up delivers a series of STEM, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) and Soft Skills ‘taster’ courses all designed to support you or your business with upskilling and professional development.
